In the years that you have been smoking .... have you ever had a manufactured cigarette where the ashes kept falling from the end of it? I think not. Now ... they not only last but a few puffs but ashes are always dropping off the end of your cigarette all the time as you are smoking them. If you squeeze your cigarette next time you light up, you will notice that they are not completely filled with tobacco like they once were. Maybe you are not old enough to remember Red Skelton's Show which was sponsored by Pall Mall. When he did the ad he would always say .... "So round .... so smooth and so fully packed" ..... well not now folks. The tobacco companies, like everyone else has found a way of "ripping you off" a wee bit per cigarette but considering the billions they produce .... this will produce millions of dollars more for them .... and you are being ripped off by them!!

Another thing people .... I have been doing a lot of research and interviewing many people these past years and was recently informed that the price for a carton of cigarettes (200) from the factory is $6.00. Now if you allowed the jobber a fifty percent mark-up and the retailer another fifty percent, that would be a grand total of $12.00 for a carton. Considering that here in Ontario (of good old Canadar you say) a carton of cigarettes costs $58.75 at a discount store, that means that our greedy, crooked bastards of government are getting fourty three dollars and fifty cents ($43.50) tax from each carton! The crooked bastards! If you and I made a bloated profit such as this in any of our dealings, we would be arrested under the "competition act" (a joke too) so why do they not have to answer to that sort of charge as well I ask you? Only in Canadar they say. Stuff Canada where the sun don't shine and their whimpish gang in Ottawa along with it. For God's sake Scotty ... BEAM ME UP!! P/S: I had to adjust these figures again in May of 2003 as our great leaders put another $2.50 tax on a carton. Thanks, "south end sphincter muscles!"
