WELL FELLOW CANADIANS ... HOW DO YOU LIKE PAYING ALMOST $3.50 PER GALLON OF GAS?? LIKE THE "SUCKERS" YOU ARE ... YOU DID NOTHING ABOUT IT SO IT LOOKS GOOD ON YOU ALL !!! THANK CHRETIEN AND HIS GANGSTER PALS IN THE MIDDLE EAST FOR IT. THEY WILL ALWAYS BE WILLING TO TAKE A "SUCKER" TO THE CLEANERS AS LONG AS YOU ARE WILLING TO BE "SUCKERS" AND AS LONG AS YOU SIT BACK AND PAY WITHOUT PROTEST IT WILL KEEP RIGHT ON CLIMBING UP!! You say that it's $10.00 a gallon in the U.K. so our price is not so bad? To hell with the U.K. or any other country! This is Canada and there is no shortage of oil! Never has been! It's a clever scheme to rip the public off as they know we all drive cars and trucks so they are sticking it to us! That's why they formed the O.P.E.C. ... so they could "dominate the market!" Wake up people and fight them any way you can!!

I don't know about you but I feel that the oil companies are holding all of us hostage and are getting greedier every day! I come from an era when gasoline was a constant 38 to 40 cents per GALLON and they made millions at that time as well! Now the dirty bastards are happily sucking us dry because they eliminated all their competition a few years ago by freezing out the "little guys." And to think that it was the Western World's money and expertise that showed those "camel-jockeys" how to get the oil out of their land in the first place. Now they've got us on our knees and even turn their money into chemical weaponry and finance terrorism against us! Nice.
I have travelled to western USA many times and every time I go through Missouri I always stop there to fill my gas tank as gas is about as cheap in Missouri as anywhere else in the USA! I mainly do this to "verify" what I heard at the gas stations the first time I filled up there years ago. When I asked them why their gas was so cheap in Missouri, they always give me the same answer to this day .... "Well we all buy our gas from Canada!" That's right folks .... Missouri buys their gas from Canada .... sells an American gallon for about the price we pay for one liter and they still make their profit!!What in hell is going on anyway?? Time we did something don't you think?? Gads but I wish I could get "The Jackal" out of jail so he can take those OPEC people to task one more time just for good measure!! Yes .... I do mean it!!!
The "Fiberal" government in Ottawa are just as big a bunch of crooks as the Middle East Oil Magnates are! They do absolutely nothing about controlling the constant upward spiral of gas and oil prices because our glorious leader in Ottawa hasn't the guts nor the inclination to. He spends a hell of a lot of the gas tax profits in the Shawinnegin area I hear, so what the hell .... he is bound "ta gats de votes dat way!" The profits from the gasoline and oil products alone should have long since paid any debt that Canada had, let alone the bloody hated G.S.T. but no .... as far as Ottawa is concerned, the Canadian people can go to hell in a hand-basket and keep paying these idiotic dolts till the end of time!
Did you know there have been two capped oil wells in northern B.C. for years that were capped on the order of the Canadian government just so they can keep trading with their "fellow gangsters" in the middle east? Did you know that EACH ONE of those two wells in B.C. contain more oil than what is in Saudi Arabia's oil wells! When is this insanity going to end? This government has literally over-legislated everything we have anything to do with and like Orwell predicted, are setting up the most dangerous "police state" imagineable! Adolph Hitler will wind up looking like a Sunday School Teacher after these bastards get all their plans for our "enslavement" in place! Why in hell do you think they are so adamant about getting all the guns taken from the population? I'll tell you why ... because they KNOW that once they have taken enough from a person, that person will fight for their survival. Nay .... if they feel threatened enough ... they will even kill to stop from being "enslaved" and I for one .... old or no ... would love to be right up there at the head of any such movement when it does come ... and it will come eventually! I took the liberty of putting in one of the famous Donato cartoons from the Toronto Sun that says it all quite appropriately!
Now ... so much for the oil company rip-off! A few years ago at a gold mine near Timmins, Ontario the operator of a fantastically huge high tech "mining machine" discovered something one shift that he was operating and felt he should stop the machine to take a look. He called his foreman who called his boss and eventually the whole damn executive were all down there studying what had been discovered. They had their geologists, etc. studying the situation for hours, consulting secretively among themselves all the while. All of a sudden they turned to all the workmen that were gathered around and shouted, "Everybody out!", including the operator that made the discovery!
They shut that part of the underground off from everyone for weeks and weeks but everyone knew there was something going on regardless, due to the "activity" in and out of the section but no one knew for certain just what was transpiring. A couple of months later when the regular miners were allowed back into that tunnel they found that very "drift" entirely sealed off with solid cement! It took a while but word eventually leaked out to the miners there that what the operator ran his machine into was a solid wall of gold!
Why did they seal that shaft off? Because, like the oil in B.C. the price of gold would have plummetted had that find been made public! That's exactly why the two wells in B.C. have been capped all these years as well. That's our "Big Business" and our wonderful "Government" (or should I call them our "Smotherment") and how they manipulate everything so they can make such huge profits and swell their bankrolls at our expense! Same way Hitler manipulated millions of innocent people in his "hayday!" Zeig Heil!! Eventually we will get some backbone instead of "wishbone" into the Canadian people and they will rise up and put a stop to these criminal bastards. It may be a bloody day when it comes but come it eventually will! Take that to the bank!! Frankly I could never understand why that "rag" they chose as our Canadian flag (without our being allowed a vote on it) didn't have a "Swastika" in the center of it instead of that ridiculous "red" maple leaf! "Red" for Liberal" of course as it happend during Pearson's "reign of terror!"
And now ... in 2003 .... we are buying drinking water in a bottle at the grocery store! Imagine ... we live in a country where there is likely more fresh water than any other and because the stupid human race polluted all of it so bad, we have to buy it in bottles! Will we ever learn? Now one problem that comes to my mind is about that very bottled water we are so gladly paying for. Who says that IT is good, safe water? God but I hope the first thing you say to yourself isn't ... "the Government!" Government? What bloody Government? You mean to say ... after all these years of being cheated by them that you would believe or trust the goddam Government? I think not. If Chretien said "good morning" to me I would go to bed .... he is such a liar!
I know that the bottled water in the store makes a scum on top of your coffee when you use it for that so what's causing that? What purification regulation standards are mandated for their processing and if so, what are they using to purify it? These are things I think should be asked as we ARE getting more reliant on this source of drinking water. I don't mind buying it in bottles but I do want to be absolutely certain that the water is properly purified without harsh chemicals, etc..
Being a so-called "free country" gives me the right to voice my opinions regardless of whether you or anyone else agree with them or not so I emphasize here and now that the above are MY SENTIMENTS and are based on how I see these situations anyway.
I'm sure there are many such stories to be told similar to what I have written above. I ask anyone that may have heard of similar instances to please e-mail me with the information with whatever documentation you might have and I will be happy to post it here under your name or anonymous. All I want here is for people to get a chance to voice their opinions or "vent their steam" if you will. I think someone has to hound these gangsters until either public awareness demands counter measures against continual gasoline gouging and inept government action! Perhaps I'm a romantic dreamer but I do have hopes that the law will catch up with them all and arrests and incarceration will catch up to the crooks! Better yet .... hang the bastards! Being rich or a politician certainly does not qualify them to be exempt from the law.
